Since the beginning of this year, with the deep concern of the leaders and the strong support of the brother departments, the office has done some work within its power, but compared with the functional requirements of the departments and the expectations of the leaders, there is still a big gap, let alone remarkable achievements. Looking back on the work in the past six months, I feel a lot, and I have encountered some problems in my work, and I have also seen some shortcomings.
First, due to busy daily work, relaxed professional study, narrow knowledge and lack of overall concept. Lack of criticism and self-criticism when dealing with work contradictions and unexpected problems.
Second, there is a lack of communication between colleagues, and there is a phenomenon that people cannot be found at work and things cannot be done.
Third, they are busy doing their own work within the scope of division of labor, and their mutual coordination is not active enough. I don't stand tall, my overall concept is not strong, and my sense of mutual compensation is weak.

First, strengthen the study of political theory and professional knowledge, broaden the knowledge structure, constantly update the concept of thinking, keep up with the pace of central work, and ensure the further improvement of information propaganda and writing;
