Over the past year, in accordance with the layout and requirements of the street, this community has earnestly implemented the target responsibility of employment and re-employment, actively created various conditions, and tried every means to solve the employment of residents. In the whole year, the employment of registered residents was 14, exceeding the target of 4 people assigned by the street, and the employment rate of residents reached over 90%. The main practices and results are summarized as follows:
First, strengthen leadership, improve the system and ensure employment.
The community fully realizes that employment and re-employment is an important work of urbanized communities. In order to ensure the efficient development of this work, we set up a leading group and formulated the working system. The leaders in charge of the neighborhood committees directly grasp, assign staff to assist, hold regular meetings and coordinate, and make every effort to solve the employment and re-employment problem in this community.
Second, implement policies and innovative measures to promote employment.
1, conscientiously implement the policies of higher authorities on employment and re-employment, and formulate practical measures in combination with the actual situation of the community to effectively solve the employment problem of residents.
2, timely and accurately grasp the situation of unemployed people and new employees in this community, do timely statistics, timely report, and solve as soon as possible.
3. Make full use of the departments of abalone flavor, swimming flavor, water plant, public security team and urban management office under the joint-stock company to attract and cultivate local talents, actively contact various enterprises in the jurisdiction, innovate measures, establish regular communication and coordination mechanisms, build recruitment bridges for enterprises and residents, and expand employment opportunities for young people.
Third, increase investment and improve employment services.
Over the past year, the community has gradually improved the institutionalization, specialization and socialization of employment services:
1, improve the working platform of community labor security, and the hardware facilities basically meet the requirements of "five ones";
2. Actively cooperate with the street labor service center to register the unemployed with training aspirations and implement the training plan;
