A, high voltage connector is loose, poor contact. B, the ambient air is humid, the water in the high-voltage joint is too large, and the high-voltage joint discharges outward, generating sparks. C, high voltage line leakage, damage phenomenon.
Exclusion method:
1, pipe lighter:
A, observe whether there are bubbles in the laser tube. If there is, the bubble must be eliminated. The method is to erect a laser tube along the water inlet direction to let bubbles flow out under the condition of water supply.
B, if the lighter is at the electrode, turn off the power supply, and check whether the electrode lead is loose to ensure good lead connection.
C, ask the customer to turn on the main power supply first, and then turn on the laser power supply after the machine is reset to prevent the power supply from preionization and igniting the laser tube.
D, replace the laser tube.
2, pipe lighter:
A. Pull the wires at both ends of the high-voltage connector to see if there is looseness, and ensure that the connector is well connected.
B, wet weather, should ensure that the high pressure joint air is dry, high pressure joint seat without water.
C, high voltage line is damaged, must be replaced, can't use electrical tape bandage.
