How to inquire about house property right online?

First of all, you need to find the official website of the city's real estate management, find the real estate information inquiry portal in the website and click enter. Generally, you need to register your account with your real name. After logging into the account, you can enter the name of the property owner and the title certificate number through the query window to query the property information of the house under your name.

Off-line query method of house property right

1. Check with the Housing Authority.

If you want to find more specific and detailed information, you will naturally go to the Housing Authority with the information (if you entrust others to check it, you need to bring a notarized power of attorney). The Housing Authority has three departments for us to inquire about relevant information, and the specific information inquired by different departments is different.

The first department is the archives room of the Housing Authority. However, in recent years, the old and new real estate licenses have been replaced, and some old real estate licenses need to find the original registration files, which is a bit troublesome and takes a long time.

The second department is the mortgage registration department of the Housing Authority. If it is a property that has been registered for mortgage loan, you can only find it here. Similarly, if you want to apply for a mortgage loan or mortgage loan, you must also register a mortgage loan in this department. If the house is still owing on the loan, the specific property right information can be found here.

The third department is the contract filing department of the Housing Authority. According to relevant laws and regulations, commercial housing sold by developers must be registered in the Contract Filing Section of the Housing Authority. This department is mainly aimed at the buyers who have signed the purchase contract with developers or individuals and intermediaries and put it on record, but have not yet gone through the formalities of real estate license and transfer.

2. Go to the Archives Section of the Archives Bureau.

For some houses, such as houses built by rural homesteads on their own or jointly, if they have not obtained the property right certificate, they can bring their identification information (notarized power of attorney is required for entrusting others to do the inspection) to the Archives Department of the Archives Bureau to inquire about the construction permit issued by the construction planning department for examination and approval, so as to inquire about relevant information.
