(3) The main person-in-charge and person-in-charge of the unit, safety production management personnel and business personnel must undergo professional training and pass the examination to obtain post qualifications.

(4) Have a sound management system and safety production management system.

(5) Have the emergency rescue plan of the unit. Where a business unit leases a business place or storage place, it shall work out an emergency rescue plan together with the owner of the business place or storage place.
