Sanchuan Town has always placed education in a strategic position of giving priority to development, continuously deepened the reform of the education system, implemented the responsibility system of management by objectives of education and teaching, continuously improved the ideological quality and professional quality of teachers, strived to improve the quality of education and teaching, and at the same time strengthened the hardware construction of schools and improved the conditions for running schools. There is a county-level middle school (Yongsheng No.3 Middle School), two town-level middle schools (Jinguan Middle School and Guanliang Middle School), and 20 primary schools with 9,547 students and 572 faculty members. Guanliang Middle School is listed as an educational demonstration base.
