Members of the public can call this hotline if they need to inquire about fire knowledge, fire government affairs or fire reporting complaints. The fire hotline is mainly used for citizens to consult about fire prevention, fire fighting, fire escape knowledge and fire control problems in daily life. Yesterday, in the hotline center of Wusong Road, more than a dozen operators stored a lot of fire-fighting knowledge related to citizens' lives in their computers. When the public calls, the operator immediately gives professional answers. It is said that the operators have been trained in civilized language and fire fighting business knowledge before. The "96 1 19" fire hotline also takes into account fire government consultation and fire reporting complaints. The operator will record the telephone calls to report fire hazards or fire violations, and hand them over to the office of the Municipal Fire Bureau and relevant units in time. The Municipal Fire Bureau will regularly report the handling of the report and timely feedback the complainant according to relevant regulations. At present, the "96 1 19" fire hotline can answer six calls at the same time and provide 24-hour service, which will be expanded to 60 in the future.
