First, the requirements of foreign-related work on the professional knowledge and skills of employees

It rose in Europe, America and other countries, and accumulated rich experience after more than a hundred years of professional development.

The work in developed countries in Europe and America has strict requirements for the professional knowledge and skills of practitioners. In the United States, every state has strict requirements for professionals. If they want to become a national qualification certification body (NCC), they must pass the standardized examination formulated by the National Consultant Qualification Certification Committee (hereinafter referred to as NBCC) established in 1983, and obtain the corresponding business license.

Workers in the United States must obtain at least a master's degree and complete the prescribed internship content and internship time in the corresponding professional field. These fields are: health, school, occupation, marriage and family, organization and so on.

Their qualifications are usually recognized by NBCC, and the list is published by each state or NBCC. NBCC identifies eight main knowledge areas that learners should know and master: 1 human growth and development; 2. Social and cultural basis; 3. How to establish a helping relationship; 4 group activities; 5 Lifestyle and career development; 6 identification; 7. Research and evaluation; 8 occupational adaptation.

American personnel receive training in two main professional fields: counseling psychology and counseling education.

In Europe, due to the different educational systems in different countries, some practitioners are required to have a doctorate, while others are required to have a master's degree. Even the latter will take quite a long time. In the Netherlands, for example, counselors or psychotherapists should have a master's degree for at least five years and an elder for seven years, and they should all be engaged in clinical internship training in the last year of study. After graduating with a degree, you can't find a formal job immediately. You have to work as an unpaid assistant in a hospital or clinic 1 to 2 years. Only with such qualifications can you be employed as a formal or therapeutic professional. In addition, there are experienced experts to guide their work during their graduation internship and as assistants.

Two, China's work on the professional knowledge and skills of employees.

Due to the late start of China's career and the long-term lack of systematic and formal professional requirements and training, the professional level of employees is uneven, which is not conducive to the healthy development of China. Chinese Psychological Society and China Mental Health Association attached great importance to this issue and promulgated 1993 "Regulations on the Management of Health System and Psychotherapists".

Previously, in order to avoid the harm caused by all kinds of abuse and misuse of psychological tests in medical and educational fields, the Chinese Psychological Association adopted the Regulations on the Administration of Psychological Tests (Trial) presided over by Zhang Houcan in February 1992, which made detailed provisions on the registration, qualification of test users, control, use and preservation of tests. From 65438 to 0999, the Chinese Psychological Association and the China Mental Health Association jointly drafted and issued a special document "Regulations on the Registration Qualifications of Psychotherapists and Staff", which made more detailed provisions on who can engage in psychotherapy and work. In 200 1 year, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China entrusted China Mental Health Association to organize relevant experts to formulate the National Professional Standard for Teachers (hereinafter referred to as the standard), which has been promulgated for trial implementation. The standard divides this profession into three levels: teacher (national vocational qualification level 3), teacher (national vocational qualification level 2) and senior teacher (national vocational qualification level 1), and clearly stipulates the scope of activities, work content, skill requirements, knowledge level, promotion and training, qualification appraisal and so on. Among them, the required basic knowledge includes general psychology, psychology, developmental psychology, mental health and psychological barriers, psychometrics, consulting psychology and related legal knowledge. Promotion and training period: no less than 720 standard hours for teachers, no less than 520 standard hours for teachers and no less than 320 standard hours for senior teachers; Qualification methods include comprehensive examination of theoretical knowledge and assessment of practical ability. The comprehensive examination of theoretical knowledge adopts closed-book written examination, and the practical ability assessment adopts expert group interview assessment, including psychological assessment, case analysis, consultation scheme formulation and conversation skills.
