Reflections on Reading "Using the Key of Honesty"

Yexian No.1 Primary School? Beibei Wang

When we search for the word "sincerity", the dictionary explains that sincerity means sincerity, treating others with sincerity, moving others from the bottom of my heart and finally gaining their trust. ...

Regarding "sincerity", Tao Xingzhi, a famous educator in China, said: "Sincere education is real education, and real education is an activity of mutual affinity. Only from the heart can we reach the depths of our hearts "; Li Zhenxi said: "The so-called sincerity mainly has two meanings: one is that educators must be honest people, and the other is that moral education must respect people's hearts as much as possible" ... so we should treat every student sincerely in our daily education and teaching!

We are well aware that the primary condition for teachers to carry out all education and teaching work is to let students believe in themselves. Only by gaining students' trust will students be willing to accept every task assigned to them by their teachers. As a teacher, we must adhere to the word "trust", treat others with sincerity, win the trust with sincerity, encourage students with sincerity, and treat every student with sincerity!

We often say: treat every student sincerely, treat all students equally and democratically, and don't discriminate against any student who has learning difficulties, poor life or physical or psychological diseases ... But in real education and teaching life, we know our own shortcomings and will inadvertently "prefer" or "focus" on caring for our "top students". We don't treat every student equally.

American educator Rogers once said, "When I truly show myself, when I don't have to wear armor to compete, but appear without scruple-when I can accept the fact that I have many shortcomings and mistakes ... then I can be more real." This passage tells us that as teachers, we also have shortcomings and mistakes. We should face up to our shortcomings and improve them. We should lose our authority as teachers, put down our airs and have a sincere and equal dialogue with students. Let's think about their present and future, their thoughts, psychology, morality and study, and call for sincerity with sincerity!
