1. The scope and targets of recruiting civil servants (excluding outstanding village cadres and full-time people's armed forces cadres) by government organs and units at all levels in the county are:

(2) Retired soldiers who have served in the army for more than 5 years.
The source of students refers to the place of residence when they are admitted to colleges and universities after the college entrance examination.
If some positions in the recruitment plan have special requirements for students and household registration, they shall be implemented according to the recruitment plan.
Retired soldiers of college graduates refer to: those who joined the army after graduating from college or above in colleges and universities and have now retired; A person who was admitted to an ordinary university or served in the army during his study at school and continued to study after retirement and obtained a college degree or above.
2. Township organs recruit "2 posts" for outstanding village cadres. "Position 2" is aimed at village cadres who are not university students. The scope and object are: those who have been elected as members of the current village party organizations and villagers' committees (hereinafter referred to as "village committees") for two consecutive years or served as members of the current village "two committees" for three consecutive years within the administrative area of Wuyi County (those who meet the scope and object of college students "village officials" cannot apply for "position 2". Since 20 18, village cadres who no longer hold the post of village "two committees" due to the merger of administrative villages, but actually perform the duties of village "two committees" in the transitional village team, are included in the scope of current village "two committees" cadres. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been expelled from China * * * Party membership, those who have been expelled from public office, those who have been listed as the targets of joint punishment for dishonesty according to law, those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, civil servants who have been dismissed for less than five years, staff of organs (units) managed by referring to the Civil Service Law, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to laws and regulations are not allowed to apply for the examination.
Those who belong to the Notice of the former State Civil Service Bureau on Doing a Good Job in the Investigation of Civil Servants' Recruitment (Guo Fa [2013] No.2) should not apply for civil servants at all levels. Village cadres who have been punished during their tenure as members of the "two committees" or above in the village, or who are responsible for major accidents in the village during their tenure, cannot apply for the positions of recruiting outstanding village cadres.
Applicants are not allowed to apply for the positions listed in Article 74 of the Civil Service Law with the personnel of the recruitment agency, and other positions that will constitute avoidance relationship after employment.

(5) Adding points and delineating written test scores.
The total written test score is the sum of the original scores of the two subjects (the test score is accurate to 2 decimal places). Those who apply for the post of law enforcement service of public security organs shall synthesize the total written test score according to the proportion of 40%, 30% and 30% of the administrative professional ability test, application and public security professional examination results respectively. Public security law enforcement service posts are divided into qualified scores according to the total score of administrative professional ability test, application and written test of public security professional subjects. Township organs recruit full-time people's armed cadres, and determine the military skills assessment targets and interview targets with reference to the above-mentioned people's police posts and methods.
For other positions, the interviewees are determined by 1:3 (positions with more than 3 people in the recruitment plan are determined by 1:2).
If the proportion of the above positions is insufficient, it shall be determined according to the actual number of people.
(7) Qualification examination
Before the interview or physical (technical) ability evaluation, the competent department of civil servants should organize the recruiting unit to conduct detailed qualification examination. Those who pass the qualification review will participate in the physical (technical) ability assessment or interview.

(8) Physical assessment
Physical fitness assessment must be carried out to apply for comprehensive law enforcement posts and administrative law enforcement posts of the people's police. Among them, the people's police post requires 10 m× 4 to run back and forth, jump vertically and touch the height, and men's 1000 m running (women's 800 m running) all meet the standard. The items and standards of physical fitness evaluation of comprehensive law enforcement posts in administrative law enforcement posts are implemented with reference to the posts of the people's police.
Physical fitness assessment is organized by Jinhua civil service department, and implemented by county civil service department in conjunction with recruitment agencies. Military skill appraisal shall be organized and implemented by the provincial military region. Military skill evaluation items and scoring standards shall be implemented with reference to "Performance Standards for Military Skill Evaluation Items of Full-time People's Armed Cadres Employed by Township (Street) Organs in Zhejiang Province (Provisional)". Those with a total score of less than 180 are not qualified for the interview.
(9) Interview
The interview is organized and implemented by the municipal competent department of civil servants. If the finalists give up the interview qualification, the relevant positions will not be filled. Interview score 100, qualified score 60. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the medical examination and investigation.

The inspection period is generally not more than 60 days, counting from the date when the list of inspection objects is publicized. The conclusion of the investigation is divided into "qualified" or "unsuitable for employment as a civil servant". After the shortlist is publicized and before the recruitment and registration procedures are handled, the relevant personnel give up their qualifications and record them in the integrity file of the civil service examination in Zhejiang Province.
Before the implementation of physical examination and inspection, if there are new regulations in the country or Zhejiang Province, the new regulations shall be implemented in principle.

(12) Publicity and Employment
According to the examination results, physical examination results and investigation, the recruitment agency determines the list of candidates to be hired and publicizes it in the civil service examination and employment system of Zhejiang Province for 5 working days. For outstanding village cadres to recruit positions, the competent department of civil servants will publicize them in towns (streets) and villages (communities) for 5 working days.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems that affect the employment after investigation, the recruitment agency shall go through the examination and approval procedures for employment. Applicants who give up the medical examination will not be replenished; If the medical examination is unqualified, the investigation is abandoned, the conclusion of the investigation is that it is not suitable to be employed as a civil servant, the relevant certification documents and other materials required for the examination cannot be provided within the specified time, and the employment qualification is abandoned before the employment formalities, the recruitment agency will make a supplementary investigation and employment among the qualified personnel in the corresponding positions according to the total score from high to low.

(1) The examination of assistant judges and prosecutors shall be conducted in accordance with the Implementation Opinions on the Recruitment of Assistant Judges and Prosecutors in People's Courts (Zhejiang Group [2016] No.33) issued by the Organization Department of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, Zhejiang Higher People's Court and Zhejiang People's Procuratorate.

(7) According to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Public Security and the State Bureau of Civil Servants on Printing and Distributing the Items and Standards of Physical Fitness Assessment for People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2011] No.48), if one of the three items of physical fitness assessment is not up to standard, it shall be regarded as unqualified. In the evaluation, the vertical jump shall not exceed 3 times, the round trip of 10 m× 4 shall not exceed 2 times, and 1000 m (800 m) shall only be tested 1 time.

(9) Applicants who have objections to the relevant contents published and publicized by the Zhejiang Civil Service Examination and Employment System may report to the local civil service authorities or recruitment agencies within 5 working days from the date of publication and publicity.
