After handling the new card, the old card will not be recycled, and the two cards will be used together. Of course, it also depends on whether the certificate has expired.

There are two ways to apply for an ID card after settlement.
I went to the window of the registration center in Haikou's household registration area. You don't need to make an appointment online, just queue up at the scene to get the number.
