The standard of tuition and accommodation in our school is implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and Tianjin.
According to the document [20 13] 1220, the tuition standard of all undergraduate majors in our school is: 5,800 yuan per student for medical majors; Engineering majors are 5400 yuan per student per academic year. The tuition standard of "5+3" integrated major is: 1-5 academic year (undergraduate stage), and the charging standard is 5800 yuan per medical student per academic year; The 6-8 academic year (postgraduate stage) is charged according to the postgraduate tuition standard of the year when it is transferred to postgraduate stage.
If the state and Tianjin adjust the charging standards, our school will implement them according to the new regulations.
According to different accommodation conditions, the accommodation fee standard is: 4-6 people per student per academic year 1000 yuan; Every student in the world is born in 800 yuan every academic year.
Chapter IV Access Principles
Eighth school enrollment work follows the principles of fair competition, fair selection and open procedures; To implement the enrollment policies formulated by the Ministry of Education and the enrollment committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the relevant provisions promulgated by the articles of association; Taking the candidates' wishes and the results of the college entrance examination as the main admission basis, comprehensively measure the candidates' morality, intelligence, physique and beauty, and select the best candidates. In the process of admission, I consciously accept the supervision of the admissions committees of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the discipline inspection and supervision departments, candidates and all sectors of society.
Article 9 Institutions of higher learning implement relevant policies of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. There are three admission rules: sequential voluntary, parallel volunteer and comprehensive reform.
Admission according to the voluntary order: the principle of admission to colleges and universities is "voluntary priority, and filing according to the voluntary order". On the admission control scores of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government in the same subject and corresponding batches, the first volunteer candidates who apply for our school are admitted from high scores to low scores. When the number of applicants is less than the enrollment plan, the second volunteer candidate will be admitted, and so on. There is no grade difference in college volunteers.
Admission according to parallel volunteer rules: College admission is based on the principle of "giving priority to scores, following the will, and submitting files at one time". First, the qualified candidates in the admission control scores of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in the same subject and corresponding batches are sorted from high to low according to the college entrance examination results, and the college volunteers reported by each candidate are retrieved in turn; If the candidates meet the requirements of multiple universities, they will file in the university with the previous serial number; If the candidates only meet the application requirements of one of the universities, they will apply directly to that university.
The comprehensive reform of voluntary rules follows the principle of source of students and implements relevant policies of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
Article 10 The principle of professional voluntary admission is to give priority to scores. First, the qualified candidates in the same subject and the corresponding batch of school admission control scores are sorted from high score to low score according to the college entrance examination results, and the professional volunteers reported by each candidate are retrieved in turn. Candidates who meet the admission requirements of more than one major will be admitted to the major with the previous serial number; If candidates only meet the admission requirements of one major, they will be admitted directly to that major; Candidates whose college entrance examination scores reach the school admission control score line and meet the admission conditions, but fail to reach the reported professional admission score line, will be transferred to the under-recorded major subject to professional adjustment; Those who do not obey the adjustment will be dismissed, and there is no grade difference for professional volunteers.
Eleventh provinces and cities with special provisions on college entrance examination admission, admission principles are as follows:

For candidates in Jiangsu Province, the academic level test level requirements: the level requirements of two elective subjects are 2B and above, and the required subjects are 4C and above, and the technology is qualified. The test scores of high-level sports team candidates' academic level shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of Jiangsu Province. When the college entrance examination is accepted, candidates are admitted from high to low according to their scores. When the candidates have the same scores, they will be admitted from high to low according to the scores of mathematics (including extra points), Chinese and foreign languages.
Second, for Tianjin candidates, they must meet the requirements of our school. When the college entrance examination is accepted, candidates are admitted from high to low according to their scores. When the candidates have the same scores in filing, they will be admitted from high to low according to their scores in Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages. Article 15 After the freshmen enter the school, the school will re-examine the qualifications and physical health status of the candidates, and deal with the candidates who are fraudulent and do not meet the standards in accordance with the "Regulations on the Management of the Student Status of Full-time Undergraduate Students in Tianjin Medical University" and other rules and regulations.

Article 17 Candidates who apply for our school and meet the admission requirements will be issued an admission notice by the school after being approved by the admissions department of the province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government, and the admission notice will be sent by express mail.
Chapter V Follow-up Management
Eighteenth freshmen according to the national enrollment regulations, with the admission notice, according to the relevant requirements of the school within the prescribed time limit for admission procedures. If you can't enter school on schedule for some reason, you should ask for leave from the school. Those who fail to take time off or take time off overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure.
Freshmen may submit a written application to the school admissions office to reserve their admission qualifications for legitimate reasons such as illness and enlistment in the China People's Liberation Army (including the Chinese People's Armed Police Force). Freshmen suffering from diseases who are diagnosed as unsuitable for studying in the secondary hospital designated by the school can retain their admission qualification of 1 year upon their own application and the approval of the school.
