One of the following conditions can apply for a psychological counselor:
(1) has a nationally recognized college degree or above;
(2) Having a junior title or above in psychology, medicine or education;
(3) Students who are in school one year before graduation from junior college or undergraduate course have student ID cards or can issue school certificates.
