Examination results are an important basis for students to graduate and further their studies.
Perfecting the high school academic level examination system is conducive to promoting students to study each course carefully and avoiding serious partiality; It is helpful for senior high school to accurately grasp students' learning situation and improve teaching management; It is beneficial for colleges and universities to scientifically select students suitable for their own school-running characteristics and training requirements, and promote the organic connection between ordinary high schools and college personnel training.
Second, the basic principles
(a) adhere to the comprehensive assessment. Ensure that students meet the basic requirements of various courses prescribed by the state and promote their all-round development.
(2) Adhere to independent choice. Provide more choices for students and promote their academic interests and personality.
(3) Adhere to overall planning. Give consideration to graduation and further studies, promote the improvement of teaching level in ordinary senior high schools, serve the selection of talents in colleges and universities, and reduce students' excessive academic burden and pressure.
(4) Adhere to fairness and justice. Improve the level of examination organization and management, promote the reform of examination form and content, and ensure that the examination is safe and orderly and the results are true and credible.
Third, the examination subjects and contents
(1) Examination subjects
The high school level examination is divided into two categories: qualified examination and selective examination.
Qualified examination subjects include Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages (including English, Russian, Japanese, German, French and Spanish, the same below), ideological and political, history, geography, physics, chemistry, biology, music, art, sports and health, information technology, general technology, etc. 14 subjects;
The elective subjects include six subjects, including ideology and politics, history, geography, physics, chemistry and biology. Students choose 1 subject in history and physics according to their own interests, ambitions, advantages and the requirements of college entrance examination subjects, and choose 2 subjects from the other 4 subjects to participate in the examination.

The content of the examination is based on the national curriculum plan and the curriculum standards of ordinary senior high schools, highlighting the orientation of moral cultivation, focusing on the necessary knowledge, key ability, discipline accomplishment and core value of the subject, and focusing on cultivating students' ability to think independently and use what they have learned to analyze and solve problems.
2. Examination scope. The scope of qualification examination is the content of compulsory courses in all subjects, and the scope of elective examination is the content of compulsory courses in all subjects and elective courses.
Fourth, the examination method and duration
(1) Qualification examination
Nine subjects, Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages, ideology and politics, history, geography, physics, chemistry and biology, are written, and information technology subjects are operated by computers. Chinese, math and foreign language exams last 90 minutes, including foreign language listening test. The examination duration of politics, history, geography, physics, chemistry and biology is 60 minutes, and the examination duration of information technology subjects shall be stipulated separately.
General technology, music, fine arts, physical education and health, as well as physics, chemistry and biology experimental operation examinations, the examination requirements and duration shall be stipulated separately by the provincial level.

(A) the examination object
It will be implemented from the first-year high school students who enter school in the fall of 2022. Students with the status of ordinary high school students in Shaanxi Province must take all subject qualification examinations (including experimental operation examinations). (2) Examination organization
The qualification examinations of Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and information technology subjects, as well as the qualification examinations and selective examinations of ideological and political, historical, geographical, physical, chemical and biological subjects, are unified by the Provincial Education Examinations Institute in proposition, examination, marking, score statistics and grade conversion.
General technology, music, fine arts, physical education and health examination, by the provincial examination institutions on the proposition, organization, grading standards, invigilation standards put forward unified requirements, municipal education administrative departments to co-ordinate arrangements, municipal education examination institutions to organize the implementation. (3) Examination arrangement
1. Qualification examination: organized once a year in May. Eligibility test scores are the basis for higher vocational colleges to enroll students in classified examinations, while selective test scores are an important basis for the unified college entrance examination, which is included in the total score of college entrance examination candidates.
3. High school curriculum management and quality evaluation. The achievement of the high school academic proficiency test is an important basis for evaluating the curriculum management and teaching quality of high school.
Seven. Organizational guarantee
(1) Strengthen organizational leadership. Perfecting the high school academic level examination is an important measure to deepen the reform of the examination enrollment system. All localities should attach great importance to it, strengthen leadership and organize it carefully. The Provincial Department of Education implements unified management of the high school level examination. Municipalities (districts) education administrative departments should clarify their respective responsibilities, straighten out the working relationship, strengthen coordination and cooperation, and ensure the smooth implementation of the examination.
(2) Strengthen the condition guarantee. Municipalities (districts) should establish a long-term mechanism to guarantee the basic conditions, strengthen the construction of teachers and facilities in ordinary high schools, strengthen the infrastructure and capacity building of examination enrollment institutions at all levels, strengthen the construction of standardized test sites (including information technology computer examinations), and improve the examination conditions. The funds required for the high school level examination are guaranteed by governments at all levels.
(3) Improve the quality of proposition. Provincial Education Examinations Institute should strengthen the professional construction of proposition team, establish the qualification standard and proposition expert database of proposition personnel, and strengthen the training of proposition personnel. (4) Strict examination management. Provincial unified examination subjects are arranged in standardized test sites, and counties (cities, districts) set up unified test sites and examination rooms in strict accordance with the standards and requirements of the national education examination, and standardize the examination implementation procedures. (6) Guiding scientific evaluation. Education administrative departments at all levels should strengthen the research and analysis of the results of the high school academic level examination, and do a good job in teaching feedback and guidance. No unit or individual may queue up students according to the test scores, and may not only use the test scores as the basis for evaluating schools and teachers.
