Four. Recruitment procedure
Due to the large number of the first batch of openly recruited teachers' positions and some overlapping positions, the recruitment registration and examination were conducted in two rounds.
(1) Registration and prequalification.
1. Release information (May1May-June 10). Publish recruitment information on the website of Hanshou County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Hanshou Education Network.
2. On-site registration and preliminary qualification examination (the first round is 8: 30am-28am on May 26th), (the second round is 8: 30am 8:30- 10/0pm on June 8th). The county teacher recruitment leading group accepts the applicant's on-site registration and qualification examination at Hanshou Teacher Training Center. Applicants must bring their valid ID card, education background, degree certificate (graduates provide employment recommendation form), electronic registration and filing form of education background of the Ministry of Education (recent graduates provide online verification report of education status of the Ministry of Education), teacher qualification certificate, online printing registration form and other related documents and their copies 1 copy, and 3 recent one-inch bareheaded photos. Qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. If there is fraud or does not meet the conditions for entering the examination, once found, you will be disqualified at any time. The list of qualified personnel in the preliminary qualification examination is publicized on the website of the County People's Social Security Bureau.
3. Get the admission ticket on site (the first round is June 2nd), (the second round is June 16). Applicants who have passed the preliminary qualification examination shall receive the admission ticket at the personnel examination window of Hanshou County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau within the specified time. After reading and checking the admission ticket carefully, please refer to it according to the regulations. Otherwise, the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
(2) Examination
In principle, this recruitment examination is only a teaching trial, and the trial content is the corresponding subject content of the corresponding study section. If the number of qualified people in the preliminary qualification examination exceeds 3: 1, a written test will be conducted; if it does not exceed 3: 1, only an interview will be conducted (there is no test opening ratio for full-time master's degree or above). Total score 100. The time and place of the examination shall be subject to the admission ticket. The test results of each link will be publicized on the website of the County People's Social Security Bureau.
1. written test (1st round June 3rd), (2nd round June 17). The written test content is the professional knowledge of the corresponding position.
2. Interview (1st round on June 7th), (2nd round on June 2nd1). According to the written test scores of applying for the same position from high to low, the interviewer is determined according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions 1: 2. Those with the same written test scores will enter the interview. Those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination and those who plan to recruit positions with no more than 3: 1 will all enter the interview. The interview method is teaching trial lecture, and the scope of trial lecture is announced.
The post interview methods of music, physical education and art teachers are teaching probation and professional skill test. The professional skills test of music and physical education teachers is divided into compulsory items and specialty display, in which the compulsory items of music are solfeggio and piano performance, the compulsory items of physical education are involved in junior and senior high school textbooks, and the professional skills test of art teachers is still life sketch.
The post interview method of teachers in other disciplines is teaching probation.

3. Achievement synthesis.
Comprehensive score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%
Interview score = lesson preparation score ×30%+ trial lecture score ×70%
Interview scores of music, physical education and art teachers = teaching probation ×40%+ professional skill test ×60%.
Those with the same comprehensive scores will have the highest written test scores. If the written test results are the same as the interview results, the highest and lowest scores will not be removed, and the interview results will be ranked. If it is still the same, try again.
For positions that only participate in interviews, the interview results are comprehensive. If the interview results are the same, they will be sorted according to the total interview results without removing the highest and lowest scores.
For positions that do not form competition, the interviewer's score shall not be less than 60 points.
Grade calculation should be rounded to two decimal places.
(3) Physical examination (June 25th). According to the comprehensive scores from high to low, the physical examination candidates are determined according to the number of planned recruitment positions. The physical examination is carried out according to some items of the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).
(4) evaluation. Those who pass the physical examination shall be assessed by the employing unit and the competent department on their ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability, work performance and whether they violate the family planning policy, and the candidates shall be qualified.
(5) publicity. According to the results of examination, physical examination and assessment, the recruiting unit and its competent department jointly determine the list of persons to be employed, and submit the list of persons to be employed to the County People's Social Security Bureau for review as required. The list of eligible candidates will be publicized on the website of the County People's Social Security Bureau for no less than 7 working days.
(6) Employment approval. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the employing unit shall fill in the Register of Personnel Employed by Institutions in Hunan Province and the Registration Form of Personnel Employed by Institutions in Hunan Province, together with the Report on the Publicity of Personnel to be Employed and my file, which shall be audited by the competent department, approved by the County People's Social Security Bureau, reported to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for the record, and go through relevant employment procedures in accordance with regulations.
