Matters needing attention and testing requirements for people flying to China with double negative certificates of COVID-19 nucleic acid test and serum antibody test.
(1) At present, there are no direct flights between China and Saudi Arabia. Persons who depart from El Salvador and fly to China via a third country are required to carry out the first nucleic acid test and serum IgM antibody test in El Salvador, and the second nucleic acid test and serum IgM antibody test in the transit country (the country where the direct flight from China takes off), and apply for the green health code or health statement with "HS" logo to the Embassy of China in El Salvador and the Embassy and Consulate of China in the transit country (the country where the direct flight from China takes off) respectively.
The first test must be carried out in El Salvador, and sampling and testing must be completed within 48 hours before boarding the plane, and negative certificates of nucleic acid test and serum IgM antibody test can be obtained.
