(a) graduated from engineering technology or engineering economics, engaged in engineering consulting related business for 8 years;
(two) after graduating from engineering technology or engineering economics, engaged in engineering consulting related business for 6 years;
(three) after graduating from the second bachelor's degree or postgraduate class in engineering technology or engineering economics, he has been engaged in engineering consulting related business for 4 years;
(four) after obtaining a master's degree in engineering technology or engineering economics, he has been engaged in engineering consulting related business for 3 years;
(five) after obtaining a doctorate in engineering technology or engineering economics, engaged in engineering consulting related business for 2 years;
(6) Persons who have obtained the above-mentioned non-engineering technology or engineering economics professional qualifications or degrees. Engaged in engineering consulting related business years increased by 2 years;
(seven) other conditions stipulated by the Ministry of personnel and the State Development Planning Commission.
The examination subjects are divided into four subjects: macroeconomic policy and development planning, project organization and management, project decision analysis and evaluation, modern consulting methods and practice.
The examination takes four years as a cycle, and those who take all subjects must pass the examination within four examination years.
1. Persons who meet the assessment scope but fail the assessment;
2. The main person in charge who won the Outstanding Engineering Consulting Achievement Award of the former State Planning Commission or China Engineering Consulting Association and the National Excellent Engineering Survey and Design Award;
3 before the end of 2002 in accordance with the provisions of the state to obtain senior professional and technical positions, and engaged in engineering consulting related business for 8 years;
4. Pass the national qualification examination, obtain the qualification certificate of engineering technology, and have been engaged in engineering consulting related business for 8 years.
The "qualification certificate of engineering technology" as mentioned in Article 2 refers to the qualification certificate of engineering technology established by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in conjunction with the relevant competent departments, including: first-class architect, first-class constructor, first-class structural engineer, urban planner, cost engineer, supervision engineer, equipment supervision, bidder, investment and construction project management division, civil engineer, electrical engineer, public equipment engineer and chemical engineer. Those who have obtained the above qualification certificate and have been engaged in engineering consulting business for 8 years can be exempted from taking part in some subjects and only take the exams of "Project Decision Analysis and Evaluation" and "Modern Consulting Methods and Practices".
