After working in the countryside for more than a month, I learned a lot through this training, especially the wonderful expositions of the leaders, which made us gain a lot. With professional knowledge and worldly wisdom, we also had ardent hopes for Selected Graduates people. The three-day training time is not long, but these days, through the careful arrangement of the organization department, the content arranged for us is both practical and meaningful, which has practical guiding significance for our future work, which makes us enjoy it and reflects the careful care of the organization department. At the same time, it also gave me a deeper understanding and feeling about how to do a good job in Selected Graduates. In this training, there are three main gains. Let me talk about my own experience in this training:
First of all, we have made clear the position of Selected Graduates and realized the "three rural issues" that Kunshan is currently facing. At the opening ceremony of the training course, Minister Qin asked us to listen carefully and think seriously. As students and young cadres, we should improve our sense of ownership, achieve the expected results and better carry out rural work. Then, in the speech of the old leader, Director Zhang Shucheng, we got a preliminary understanding of the history and present situation of rural development in our city, and the evolution of Kunshan from a traditional agricultural county to a dazzling modern industrial and commercial city. From Zhang Lao's speech, I know the importance of the issue of agriculture, countryside and farmers. Although Kunshan has embarked on a "Kunshan Road" characterized by an export-oriented economy, the position and role of agriculture will not change. Kunshan is inseparable from agriculture and farmers, and only through development is the fundamental way to solve the problem. It is not difficult to see from one central document after another that our party and government attach importance to "agriculture, countryside and farmers". As the first line of Selected Graduates's personal visit to the national economy and people's livelihood, we feel a great responsibility. We will bring vigor and vitality to the vast number of rural cadres, use the knowledge we have learned to promote the rural economic and social development in Kunshan, and contribute to building a harmonious countryside in the new century. At the same time, rural work also provides a broad stage for us in Selected Graduates.
Secondly, I learned about the goal of new rural construction in Kunshan and some achievements that have been made. Kunshan, as the first of the top 100 counties, has achieved good results. In the process of building a new countryside, Kunshan has taken some effective measures, including the "seven overall plans" mentioned by Deputy Secretary-General Gwan Chin, namely, urban and rural construction, urban and rural industrial layout, urban and rural infrastructure construction, urban and rural social undertakings, urban and rural employment, urban and rural social security and urban and rural system reform. According to the guiding ideology of "seven overall plans", various social undertakings in rural areas of Kunshan have made great progress, and Kunshan strives to be the two "first" vanguard. According to the well-off index of Jiangsu Province, Kunshan handed over a satisfactory answer sheet to all sectors of society, and took the lead in announcing its entry into a well-off society. The next step is to basically realize modernization. According to the requirements of building a new socialist countryside, the rural construction in Kunshan still has a long way to go. Kunshan Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government issued a series of rural policy documents, and attached great importance to the construction of new socialist countryside. Only by solving the rural problems can we better build a harmonious society in Kunshan. Through the study of the training course, under the explanation of Director Zhu, I learned some achievements of Kunshan at present, from the "Enriching the People Project" from 0/kloc-0 to 03 to the "Three-owned Project" from 04 to 06. The municipal party committee and the municipal government are far-sighted, constantly increasing policy support, and have made remarkable achievements in rural areas, especially the "Three Owns Project" in recent three years, which has improved the skills and quality of rural labor force. Recently, the Municipal Party Committee put forward a new three-year plan to enrich the people, which shows the importance of building a new countryside. Since we in Selected Graduates have arranged for us to go to the countryside, we should do our job well, conscientiously implement the policies and decisions of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, actively explore new ideas for new rural construction, give full play to our own advantages, and make our own contribution to the new rural construction in Kunshan.
Third, understand the complexity and arduousness of rural work and be prepared for hardship. Director Chen Xiangrong told us a very realistic situation. It is difficult to see a doctor and find a job now, the gap between the rich and the poor is very serious, and there are problems with the feelings of the cadres and the masses. Faced with these complicated situations, we must strengthen three constructions, namely, team construction, organization construction and system construction. We in Selected Graduates are in the forefront. We should accumulate practical experience in our work and study, and finally achieve a qualitative leap. In the work, we should constantly strengthen the cultivation of our own learning ability, innovation ability and organizational ability, and be "reliable, capable and accident-free". The urgent task of rural work is to maintain society, increase farmers' income and develop economy. Many leaders mentioned the concept of linking village enterprises. Only by developing village-level economy can we better serve the villagers. We can't have the idea of being above the masses. The biggest danger of our party is to be divorced from the masses. Therefore, we must rely on the masses, keep in touch with the masses, follow the mass line, implement democratic management, and ease the current contradiction between cadres and the masses. In addition to Chen's theoretical guidance, two secretaries, Tang Renqing and Wu Genping, struggled in the front line of the countryside, and their experience in the past 20 years also gave us a vivid lesson. Their simple language shines with wisdom. From their stories, we learned a lot of knowledge that books can't, including life, work skills, ideological knowledge and so on. "Do things with high profile and be a low-key person" is the eight-character motto given to us by Secretary Tang, which we always keep in mind and put into practice in our future work. Secretary Wu told us that to do a good job in the village, we should pay special attention to the work of party member cadres, village leaders and villagers' representatives in the village, so as to do a better job, and we should also learn some laws and regulations at ordinary times. Under such an example, we have benefited a lot, understood the complexity of rural work, and laid a good vaccination for future work. In the future work, we will follow the example of the two secretaries, accumulate experience in our work, lead the villagers to get rich together and build our new socialist countryside.
Generally speaking, as Selected Graduates participated in the construction of new socialist countryside, devoted himself to the historical process of the times, and bravely broke into the vast sky of grass-roots undertakings, it can be said that it reflected the appearance and political consciousness of contemporary outstanding undergraduate graduates. However, due to the serious lack of experience, we must go through the baptism of seemingly cruel grass-roots work in order to realize the nirvana of life, to understand the long-term planning and realistic goals of the party and the government more deeply, and to appreciate the heartfelt words of every teacher in the training.
During the training period, personal self-summary is to have a basic understanding of the construction of new socialist countryside in Kunshan. By listening to the lectures of advanced figures, I have a general outline of the current situation and working methods of rural work. In the future, I will, as always, study hard, work diligently, take work as the center, and show the elegance of Selected Graduates with excellent work results.
