(a) the initial registration application form;
(two) a copy of the qualification certificate and identity certificate;
(three) a copy of the labor contract signed with the employer;
(four) the project cost job certificate;
(5) Persons who have obtained qualification certificates shall provide proof of continuing education if they apply for initial registration 1 year after the issuance of qualification certificates;
(six) employed by an intermediary agency with engineering cost consulting qualification, it shall provide a copy of the social basic old-age insurance certificate and the personnel agency contract paid by the employing unit, or a copy of the retirement certificate issued by the labor and personnel department;
(seven) foreigners, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao personnel shall provide a copy of the employment certificate for foreigners and the employment certificate for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao personnel.
Persons who have obtained qualification certificates through expanded information may apply for initial registration within one year from the date of issuance of qualification certificates. The qualification of a cost engineer shall be registered. The holder of the qualification certificate shall apply to the designated institution for registration in accordance with the relevant provisions. The construction administrative departments of the Ministry of Construction and relevant departments of provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government and the State Council are the registered management institutions of cost engineers, and the registration period is four years.
Those who pass the qualification examination of cost engineers shall be awarded the qualification certificate of cost engineers uniformly printed by the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Construction by the personnel (vocational reform) departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government. The certificate is valid nationwide.
