On the premise of ensuring the scale and quality of basic services, funeral service institutions can appropriately carry out extended services according to the actual situation. The service items shall be selected by the bereaved family members, and a written agreement shall be signed with the clients to provide services. The contents of the agreement shall include the entrusted matters, rights and obligations of both parties, service items, charging standards, charging amount, etc. , and provide the family of the deceased with a list of charges and bills. No designated service or forced tying of funeral supplies is allowed. Funeral service institutions shall strictly implement the price policy, and shall not independently or decompose the charging items, expand the charging scope and raise the charging standards, and shall not charge any fees other than those agreed.
Four, the implementation of funeral service fee relief measures
In order to reduce the funeral burden of the masses, the free range of funeral basic services such as cremation (ordinary furnace) fees, receiving fees, ordinary refrigeration fees, ashes storage fees, and the relief measures for funeral service fees for key relief objects shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the municipal Huimin funeral policy.
