Since then, the geological spirit has been continuously carried forward in the storm and has gone through a bumpy road of development. It is with this spirit that librarians, like geologists all over the country, have stepped into the track of pioneering, innovative and rapid development, and gradually formed today's library spiritual culture of "love, dedication, innovation and dedication". The spirit of the library has been sublimated, which has enhanced the cohesion, centripetal force and combat effectiveness of the staff and workers, showing a good situation of high-spirited enterprising and harmonious progress.
2 to promote harmony with technological innovation
Innovation is the driving force of development, and it is also the help to build harmony. The library took the initiative, actively integrated into the main process of geological work, focused on subject service and information research, constantly expanded service areas, innovated service methods, improved the level of external services, and initially constructed a new open service model, which was well received by readers and major user units, and its external influence and popularity continued to increase. First, actively introduce market thinking, establish the concept of open service and full service, and carry out subject librarian service. The combination of investigating and understanding the demand, publicizing literature resources, resource utilization training and on-site active service of subject librarians not only identifies the service demand point, but also continuously explores the potential demand of users, thus improving the service benefit, effect and efficiency. The second is to actively carry out "4+9" joint creation and competition activities. Based on the principle of * * * resource sharing, complementary advantages, regional linkage and * * * common progress, we will actively serve and support the geological prospecting breakthroughs of relevant units in the western region through activities such as cultural co-construction, resource co-construction, popular science co-construction and public welfare co-construction. Third, make full use of modern information network technology, promote all-round open service and realize the goal of 5W service. By reforming the network computer room, upgrading the network bandwidth, developing a unified retrieval platform, popularizing and applying VP N technology, joint online cataloging, and building reading websites and popular science websites, the ability and level of remote service have been continuously improved. The fourth is to carry out intelligence research, expand the breadth and depth of services, and constantly meet the needs of multiple fields and levels. In recent years, the library has successively set up consulting service room, comprehensive research room, literature information room and achievement research room, and successively launched foreign geoscience trends, geoscience culture trends (selected as internal reference by the leaders of the Ministry), geological survey public opinion, unconventional energy information and a series of information research achievements, constantly meeting the readers' multi-level needs of knowledge, discipline and personalization. Fifth, actively promote the construction and sharing of literature information resources. In the process of service, we fully realize that consumers of literature resources are also producers of literature resources. If we can promote the enjoyment of authors, user units, editorial departments and libraries, and achieve a win-win situation of * * * for everyone and everyone for me, we will build a more open and complete service pattern. At present, the museum has reached an agreement with national geological units and more than 40 related units. 3 Promote harmony through development
Development is the top priority of our party in governing and rejuvenating the country, and accelerating development is the fundamental way to achieve social harmony. Without development and slow development, it is difficult to live and work in peace and contentment, and without comprehensive and uncoordinated development, it is difficult to be harmonious and stable. In the final analysis, the problem of social disharmony is still a problem of development. To build a harmonious geological library, we must focus on development, achieve sound and rapid development, meet the growing material and cultural needs of employees, improve their living standards and quality, solve various contradictions and problems, and provide a material basis for building a harmonious library. First, the transformation from traditional library to digital library has been completed, and the first stage goal of "digitalization of collection resources, networking of digital resources and automation of office management" has been basically achieved. Second, business capabilities have been significantly enhanced. The guarantee ability of literature resources has been significantly improved, the service innovation effect is obvious, the information research has been gradually strengthened, the popular science work has been solidly promoted, and the support of culture and achievements has achieved initial results. Third, the project has achieved leap-forward development. Broaden channels, actively strive for various projects, quadruple project income within three years, and continuously enhance the library's ability and economic strength to protect the environment and conditions. Fourth, the management level has reached a higher level. Through implementing the hierarchical management system, carrying out and passing the quality certification, compiling and implementing the business plan, revising and perfecting the rules and regulations, reforming the personnel system and work performance, the management is constantly standardized, scientific and refined. It is precisely by this tenacity of "concentrating on the economy and developing wholeheartedly" that the library's infrastructure, staff income and welfare benefits have been greatly improved. 4 Seek harmony through balance
Fairness and efficiency are a pair of basic contradictions in human economic life and two basic values of socialism. To build a harmonious geological library, we must find a balance between fairness and efficiency. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that "both primary distribution and redistribution should give consideration to efficiency and fairness, and redistribution should pay more attention to fairness". Social development needs both fairness and efficiency, but fairness is more important than efficiency. Insisting on giving priority to efficiency and giving consideration to fairness shows that efficiency is the premise and foundation of fairness. Only by giving priority to efficiency, expanding the "cake" of material wealth and providing material conditions for fairness can fairness be achieved at a higher level. First, the employees' appearance has improved significantly. Through extensive research and exchange, retreat and discussion, and strengthening party building and spiritual civilization construction, the ideological concepts of the broad masses of cadres and workers have undergone great changes, and their awareness of the overall situation, responsibility and initiative has been significantly enhanced. Cadres and workers are United and cooperative, honest and clean, and the unit is full of vitality. Second, the quality and structure of the team have been significantly improved. By improving the work and incentive mechanism, introducing team building plans and opinions, carrying out job selection and middle-level competition, strengthening education and training, rationally introducing scarce talents, gradually improving the quality of the team and improving the talent structure. 5 Ensure harmony and stability
Stability is the foundation of developing and building harmony. Only when a unit is stable can we gather all positive factors to do all the work well. Years of practice tell us that the key to maintaining the stability of the team is people-oriented. Only by giving full play to the role of grass-roots party organizations in rallying people's hearts and promoting harmony, doing a good job in ideological and political work for employees, and using the methods of communication and coordination, persuasion and education, demonstration and guidance, can employees fully understand the national conditions, departmental conditions, geographical conditions and library conditions, and sincerely solve practical difficulties for employees, so as to maintain the stability of the team. Geological prospecting units are characterized by many points, long lines, wide areas and many uncertain factors. Only by doing a good job in the ideological and political work of the project department, timely understanding the ideological trends of employees, timely understanding the sensitive issues of employees, timely publicizing the party's principles and policies, and ensuring the accuracy of the starting point of ideological education work, can we receive better results.
Building a harmonious geological library is a long-term task. In the process of building harmony, there will certainly be many discordant notes. Mao Zedong once said brilliantly, why can our cause win? Not pure, but not pure. The important characteristics of a harmonious society are harmony but diversity and richness.
