3. Sales stage

Pre-sale refers to auction sale, which refers to the sale of the developer before the completion of the construction project, and the sale of the existing house refers to the sale of the developer after obtaining the completion certificate or the completion acceptance document. Because pre-sale can recover funds in advance, most developers adopt this sales method at present.
Pre-sale conditions:
Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of Pre-sale of Urban Commercial Housing stipulates:

(2) Holding a permit for planning and construction of a construction project;
