A supervision engineer may not undertake engineering supervision business in his own name. Supervision engineers serve engineering construction supervision companies, engineering construction supervision firms or engineering design, scientific research and engineering construction consulting units that undertake supervision business at the same time. The supervision business can only be undertaken by the unit that has obtained the supervision qualification certificate.
