In principle, police officers and employees' spouses, lineal blood relatives, collateral blood relatives within three generations, and close in-laws shall not apply for the positions of police officers and employees in the same department, or auxiliary police officers with direct management and direct interests.

According to the requirements of Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of the Recruitment of Police Auxiliary Personnel in Public Security Organs of Jilin Province (Trial), the recruitment of auxiliary police officers is organized and implemented by public security organs at or above the county level in conjunction with the human resources and social security departments at the same level, and the county public security bureau and the county human resources and social security bureau jointly organize this recruitment.

Based on the principles of openness, justice and fairness, recruitment includes registration, preliminary qualification examination, physical fitness test, written examination, interview, physical examination, political examination, publicity and employment.

(1) Registration and qualification examination

Candidates who have passed the physical fitness assessment will receive the admission ticket at the designated time and place. Candidates are required to bring the admission ticket and the second-generation resident ID card within the validity period during the examination, and they are not allowed to take the examination.

The written test content is the basic knowledge of public education and takes the form of closed book. The total score of the test questions is 100, and the time is 90 minutes.

There is no proportion of written examination and no passing line.

Use a pen or black gel pen to take the exam, and you are not allowed to use mobile phones, computers and other communication tools during the written test.

(4) Interview

After the candidates pass the written test, the interviewer will be determined from high to low according to the ratio of 1:3. If the written test score does not reach the ratio of 1:3, the interviewer shall be determined according to the actual number of people.

The interview was conducted in a structured way, with a full score of 100 and a qualified line of 60.

After the interview, the total scores of written test and interview will be sorted according to the scores of each recruitment position from high to low, and the list of medical examiners will be determined according to the sorting results.

(5) Physical examination

The specific time and place of physical examination will be notified separately and published on the website of the county government.

According to the total score, those who meet the standard, from high score to low score, will enter the physical examination according to the proportion of each post recruitment plan 1: 1, and the county public security bureau will organize the physical examination in the designated public general hospital at or above the county level.

The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the revised General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial) and Special Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

According to the characteristics of physical examination items, those with abnormal physical examination for the first time will only be re-examined, and the results of physical examination will be subject to the re-examination conclusion. Those who fail to attend the physical examination and re-examination at the prescribed time and place due to non-organizational reasons are deemed to have given up automatically. Those who fail the physical examination will be replenished from high score to low score according to the total score of written test and interview of the applicants for the same position.

Among them, in view of the particularity of the post work of police assistants, those who are positive in urine test will not be hired.

Candidates who practise fraud or conceal the real situation during the medical examination shall be disqualified.

(6) Investigation

The county public security bureau conducted a political investigation on those who passed the medical examination.

The inspection standards shall be implemented with reference to the Measures for the Political Examination of the Employment of People's Police by Public Security Organs.

Unqualified candidates will be disqualified and will be replenished from those who apply for the same position according to the total score from high to low.

(7) Publicity and employment

Those who pass the political examination are identified as candidates and publicized on the website of Yitong Manchu Autonomous County People's Government for 5 working days.

After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are serious problems and do not meet the recruitment conditions and relevant regulations, they will not be hired.

The auxiliary police to be employed shall sign a labor contract with the designated labor dispatch company and go through the relevant entry procedures.

The probation period is 3 months; The person to be hired must obey the post assignment, otherwise the employment qualification will be cancelled; Those who fail the probation period will be disqualified.

If there is any violation of discipline or law during the contract period, this contract shall be terminated immediately and unconditionally.

After the expiration of the contract, the employing unit shall decide whether to renew the employment contract according to the work needs, personal daily work performance and annual assessment during the contract period.

Candidates who have entered this recruitment interview will keep their total scores for one year.
