Suzhou Debt Restructuring Company is an institution jointly established by Suzhou Intermediate People's Court, Suzhou Bureau of Justice, Suzhou Guofa Group, Suzhou Bank, soochow securities and Suzhou Asset Management Company. The company was formally established on May, 2022 10, aiming at providing guidance and support for assisting enterprises in debt restructuring out of court.
