You can only apply for invoicing after the physical approval of the order is completed. The specific method is: open the Alipay client, and then search for "medical appointment" in the top search bar to enter the medical appointment service.

Then click my icon in the lower right corner, and then click the view all orders button on the right side of my orders bar.

Find the order to apply for invoicing, and click Apply for Invoicing.
