Innovation Test has nearly 100 engineers with rich maintenance experience, and there are specialized technical support engineers in Beijing headquarters. The main members are R&D and system administrators.

There are eight maintenance areas and offices in China, namely headquarters, northeast office, north office, northwest office, southwest office, east office, central office and south office. Maintenance engineers are stationed in all regions and provinces for a long time to ensure the stable operation of the system.
