Then, according to the students' own Korean level, the further admission requirements of different courses are divided: students who directly apply for domestic undergraduate admission/transfer admission must submit at least one TOPIK4 certificate, and students who apply for postgraduate courses must submit at least one TOPIK5 certificate. The corresponding graduation certificate of the Language Institute of Korea University can replace the TOPIK certificate application (except for the graduation certificates of Seoul City, Yonsei and Seoul National Language Institute, which only recognize their own schools, other schools can apply for specialized courses without restriction).
Admission to the Language Institute can be made through overseas study institutions directly authorized by the school. Most schools do not accept direct applications from individuals. In addition, some schools require students to submit Korean guarantor materials (such as Hanwai University, Ewha Naked University, Sungkyunkwan University, Hony University, Yonsei University Seoul Campus) or to submit guarantee money (such as: the Language School of Busan National University needs to pay 2 million won, equivalent to 12000 RMB) at the same time as tuition fees.
