1. Open the Taobao homepage and click Login.
2. Click "Contact Customer Service" in the upper right corner after logging in.
3. After entering the service center, there are two choices, one is (customer service) and the other is the seller's customer service. Click to enter to serve your corresponding customers.
4. After entering the customer service, click on the manual self-service customer service in the lower left corner, and consult directly if you have any questions.
5. Enter the questions we want to consult in the message box, and the system will give some answers.

If online customer service can't solve your problem, you can click on more service hotlines for online consultation and manual customer service calls.
