Then, regarding the current development planning of Hainan, as an ordinary citizen and a layman, I wonder if I have the right to discuss the problems faced by the current development planning of Hainan and Haikou with the leaders of relevant departments in Hainan, as well as my personal views;
(1) Problems existing in the planning of Hainan and Haikou at present;
1. Hainan is the largest special economic zone in China. Why is Hainan's economy depressed?
2. Why is the investment in Hainan low? Where are the preferential policies of Hainan Special Zone?
Hainan has such good natural resources. Why are tourism and urban planning not done well?
4. Why does Hainan have the lowest travel expenses, but not many people come to travel? Why don't people who have traveled to Hainan want to come again? Why do people feel smug every "holiday, golden week" tourist season? Can the temporary tourist season represent the successful development of Hainan and Hainan tourism? Everyone knows that tropical Hainan is a unique tourist destination and a holiday paradise for people to cultivate themselves. Hainan has all kinds of delicious fresh fruits, unique and vibrant seafood, warm sunshine, pure air and sea and sky all year round, which are incomparable to the seaside and breeze. Hainan, such a beautiful paradise, is a good place to live and work in peace and contentment, and it is by no means a place where people come once! Playing once is not enough!
5. Why do people who come to Hainan travel for Sanya, but stay in Haikou, the provincial capital?
6. Why don't coconut trees grow in the streets of Haikou? Why plant other trees on both sides of the street? Is Haikou still called Coconut City when it leaves coconut trees? Don't planners know that coconut trees are the symbol of Hainan?
7. When will the dangerous buildings on both sides of Haikou Street affect the city appearance be demolished and rebuilt? Let's take a look at the Meishe and Development Zone in Haikou. The name is nice and the road is widened. It is also the seat of Hainan Provincial Party Committee and provincial government. However, the residential buildings around Guoxing Avenue, Meiyuan Road, Xiangmei Road and Meiqun Road are like wild horses, and those humble residential buildings have sprung up like mushrooms after rain. The houses in the old towns such as Bo 'ai Road, Zhongshan Road, Xinhua Road and Deshengsha in downtown Haikou have been seriously dilapidated, and the roads are narrow, and even the earthquake resistance of Grade 4-5 is gone! Is it necessary for government departments to waste a lot of money on maintenance? Should the new Aibo Road, Zhongshan Road, Xinhua Road and Deshengsha be demolished and re-planned? How to protect it is a problem. After spending so much money, the provincial capital cities are still dirty, chaotic and poor, which is a bit unreasonable!
9. Why is there not much land in Hainan, but the house price is the lowest in the country? (Still no one came to buy it? Some people still can't afford it! Even if someone buys it, who? How many of them really live by themselves? Wei Shuji revealed that the disposal of the backlog of real estate has brought Hainan new opportunities for rising house prices and real estate appreciation, and Hainan's house prices are expected to double in five years.
In fact, Wei Liucheng's prediction is not a fantasy. If Hainan and Haikou really want to retain people, they should make efforts in environment, construction and work style. Only when the environment and buildings in Hainan and Haikou are beautiful will more people invest in Hainan, more people will travel to Hainan, and naturally more people will buy houses and live in Hainan and Haikou. By then, the lowest house price in Hainan will become history.
10, private buildings in the streets and lanes of Hainan and Haikou are chaotic, and full of green has no modern urban characteristics. Whether government departments lack correct guidance, planning and management of private buildings. Do these nondescript private buildings leave a foreshadowing for the future urban planning and construction of Hainan and Haikou?
1 1. Is the traffic in Hainan reasonable? The newly-built Qiongzhou Bridge, Renmin Bridge and Heping Bridge in Haikou, and the Xinfu Bridge built in Weifang and some sections are basically four lanes. Is it a question of vision or money? Hainan's new planning and development goals have just begun. Can Hainan spend money on the "cutting edge"? The urban planning and construction of Huihaikou, the demolition and reconstruction of the old city, the expansion of the new Bund, the construction and opening of the main road, etc., all need huge funds.
Hainan is poor, with a weak foundation and too few pillar industries! Money must be used on the cutting edge, that is, "make money without wasting!" "It is not impossible to build a high-speed rail with 20 billion yuan, which is conducive to the integration of urban and rural areas and the ecological environment of Hainan! But what I want to ask is: Is Hainan rich now? Is it time for Hainan to build this expensive railway? It is as ridiculous to spend 20 billion yuan to build a railway as we have no money to buy luxury brand-name clothes. It looks good, not practical.
Now that the East Ring Railway has started, we have nothing to say. We will wait and see its effect and function! Watching the Guangdong-Hainan Railway may be its lesson! !
13. It was suggested that "qionghai city" be renamed "Boao City". Why not change it to "Wanquan River City" will have a more cultural and historical background. The original "Tongshi City" was changed to "Wuzhishan City", which is a successful move!

So, what are the characteristics of Hainan? The so-called characteristics should include;

At present, several major failures of Haikou planning
1, urban planning is not ad hoc, lacking the theme of tropical coastal cities;

3, villages in the city can be seen everywhere, and private buildings are green! Look at the Meishe River Development Zone on Guoxing Avenue. Houses have mushroomed and been built in a mess. Is there a lack of government guidance and what does the planning department do about food?
4. The provincial party committee and provincial people's congress with magnificent buildings are very imposing! However, if you want to go, you must bypass the bridge, which is a pity;
5, the old house and the new road are very uncoordinated, the dangerous houses to be demolished on both sides of the road are not demolished, and the demolition plan is in one step, which is neither fish nor fowl;

In the past 2 1 year, the urban planning in Hainan was in chaos. It's not that everyone didn't see it, but that many people didn't look hard and no one thought hard. Of course, it is difficult for Hainan and Haikou to do this! It also needs a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources, and capital is the main problem. All localities need a lot of money, but how to solve the planning problems of Hainan and Haikou completely and correctly is the primary problem of government departments. Planning should be done in one step to avoid redundant construction and unnecessary waste.
