Information technology is the most widely used technology in preschool teachers' teaching under the new situation, which runs through the whole process of education. In the process of integrating preschool education with information technology, we find that many teachers can't grasp the persistence and stability of integration, which not only affects the improvement of teachers' classroom efficiency, but also is not conducive to the sustainable and healthy development of young children. In recent years, with the continuous progress of science and technology, the traditional teaching mode obviously cannot meet the specific requirements of teaching, which leads to the failure to give full play to children's independent consciousness. What teachers should do is to better cope with the problems and challenges that will be faced in the reform, and ensure the healthy development of children's body and mind while improving efficiency.
First, the significance of applying information technology in early childhood education
In early childhood education, the application of information technology is very important for the development of young children, which is embodied in the following points: First, it is conducive to improving the teaching effect of teachers. Influenced by various factors such as age and growth background, children will have a strong curiosity about new things around them. What teachers should do in the teaching process is to make full use of children's psychological characteristics and age characteristics, master the law of children's development and growth, and at the same time choose those resources that are very attractive to children for auxiliary teaching, so as to improve children's attention, which is the premise and basis for improving teaching effect; Secondly, it is conducive to cultivating children's values. Early childhood plays a very important role in children's later education, development and progress and the formation of values. However, at present, the education of children in our country mostly adopts a single indoctrination method, which is not conducive to the cultivation of children's logical thinking ability. The application of information technology in teachers' teaching can attract children's attention to the maximum extent and bring them different feelings and experiences. For example, through the application of relevant facilities and equipment, teachers use images, music and videos to express what they want to express, which helps children to better understand and accept. If teachers want to make children understand mistakes to the greatest extent, they can choose the corresponding case teaching method, which can not only attract children's attention, but also improve their recognition of knowledge.
Second, information technology and early childhood education methods of organic integration
(1) Pay attention to the safety management of children.
In the process of children's growth, teachers and parents are most concerned about children's safety. A safe environment will make parents and teachers pay less attention. Therefore, kindergartens can establish a scientific and effective safety system to ensure the personal safety of young children. Such a system needs to meet the following two problems: first, the system should be comprehensive, so that teachers can fully grasp the children's school situation through the system and really care about the safety of each child; Secondly, the school can cooperate closely with the local police station to realize the networking of video surveillance and give full play to the automatic alarm function of the network. In this process, the safety management system should be inspected and maintained regularly to ensure that the system is foolproof and can operate effectively. Third, schools should attach great importance to children's health care. By establishing relevant files, we can know children's health status in time, which will help to find problems in children's study in time and not delay their illness. At the same time, it will also help schools to make a balanced diet plan scientifically and reasonably. It is worth noting that kindergartens must keep children's information strictly confidential when monitoring children, and resolutely put an end to the act of leaking children's information at will.
(B) a clear role of teachers in classroom teaching
Under the background of new curriculum reform, great changes have taken place in teachers' teaching and traditional teaching mode, which requires teachers to learn to apply multimedia teaching mode in teaching, strive to improve teachers' classroom teaching quality more effectively, and lay a solid foundation for children's future development. However, if teachers rely too much on multimedia teaching mode, it will have the opposite teaching effect, which will lead to many problems in children's learning, such as over-reliance on multimedia will reduce children's initiative in autonomous learning, two-way communication between teachers and students will be replaced by multimedia one-way communication mode, too fancy multimedia courseware will take away the position of the main teaching content, and children's classroom teaching will be rigid and lack of diversity. Therefore, teachers must be clear in teaching that in the process of integrating information technology with preschool education, the teaching content should still focus on language learning content, the main body of teaching is still children, and multimedia can only play an auxiliary role in teaching. Teachers are the guides of children's learning and play a vital role in children's learning and development. Only when teachers are clear about their role in teaching can they follow the classroom teaching plan and promote the development of teaching activities more effectively. What teachers should do is to carefully select and design multimedia courseware, concentrate on integrating and constantly optimizing the resources needed in the classroom teaching process, stimulate children's interest in learning in classroom teaching activities to the maximum extent, and guide children to form correct learning behaviors, so as to achieve the purpose of improving children's teaching quality and efficiency.
(3) Stimulate children's interest in learning and attach importance to family education.
As we all know, interest is the best teacher in learning, the source of motivation for children's learning and exploration, and plays an important role in children's learning and development. The promotion of interest not only helps children to actively participate in teaching, but also helps to improve the effect of early childhood education. In early childhood, children's awareness of thinking, judgment and recognition is weak. Kindergarten teachers can use the multimedia and image characteristics of information technology to dynamically interpret the teaching content, attract children's attention, and maximize their enthusiasm and initiative in learning. In addition, teachers can organize children to watch their own works and give them enough encouragement, so as to enhance children's learning motivation, cultivate children's habit of autonomous learning, and finally achieve the purpose of applying information technology to children's whole teaching process. In the process of preschool education, there is another key work, that is, family education. Through effective communication between children's families and kindergartens, we will strive to ensure the healthy growth and success of children. For example, teachers can set up a distinctive professional portal website, and put some photos of children's growth and games on this website, so that parents can understand their children's growth stories through the website, which is the premise and foundation for their healthy development. In a word, information technology plays a vital role in preschool education. Teachers must organically integrate information technology and preschool education in teaching, and serve preschool education with its advanced, vivid, multimedia and intelligent characteristics, so as to stimulate children's interest in learning with information technology and realize efficient education classroom, which has important practical significance for children's comprehensive, healthy and sustainable development.
