How many grades are there in the judicial examination certificate?

Hello, class. Strictly speaking, judicial examination certificates are actually divided into three categories: A certificate, B certificate and C certificate because of the relaxation of policies and the relaxation of qualified scores.

20 18 After the reform of the law examination, the judicial examination was changed to the legal professional qualification examination, which was divided into objective examination and subjective examination.

First, the era of judicial examination, 2002-2065 438+07, is divided into A card, B card and C card.

Class A: Suitable for applicants with bachelor degree or above. Class A qualification certificate is universal in China.

Class B: It is suitable for areas with relaxed registration conditions and legal majors, and reaches the score line of Class A qualification certificate (360 points). At present, law schools are no longer allowed to apply. If the registration conditions are not clear, you can check the registration conditions first.

Class C: Applicable to areas with relaxed registration qualifications, as well as ethnic minority areas, law schools or undergraduate courses. Class C scores are different in different regions and different years, about 280-359 points.

Second, in the era of law examination, from 20 18 to 2020, there are only A certificates and C certificates; Card B will appear after 202 1. A certificate: the objective questions and subjective questions pass the national line and above, the objective questions score 100, 300 points, and the national line 180 points; Subjective question 180, score 108.

Certificate B: You can enjoy the relaxation of academic qualifications when registering (that is, law candidates who enjoy the relaxation of undergraduate education in the new method for newcomers). If the objective questions and subjective questions pass the national total score and above, you can get the B certificate.

Certificate C: Both objective questions and subjective questions have passed the local relaxed scores and above, but not all of them have passed the national scores and got the C certificate.

Three. Scope of application of legal professional qualification certificates A, B and C When the judicial examination system was implemented in 2002, the Ministry of Justice divided legal professional qualification certificates into three categories: A, B and C according to the candidates' registration conditions, qualified scores and scope of application. When drafting the Administrative Measures, according to the provisions of the Administrative Licensing Law, we upgraded the above practices to institutional provisions, defined the scope of application of the legal professional qualification certificate in the Administrative Measures, and stipulated that the first-class legal professional qualification certificate was valid nationwide; The scope of application of Class B and Class C legal professional qualification certificates shall be determined by the National Coordinating Committee for Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.

Persons who have obtained the second-class legal professional qualification certificate shall have a national valid second-class legal professional qualification certificate after obtaining the professional qualification specified in Article 9 of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination. In other words, these people do not need to register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination again and reach the national unified qualified score line, and their certificates are valid nationwide. This lightened their burden of "textual research".

Those who have obtained the C-class legal professional qualification certificate need to re-take the national unified legal professional qualification examination if they want to obtain the A-class or B-class legal professional qualification certificate. After reaching the national unified qualification score line, you can apply for granting a class A or B legal professional qualification certificate, and return the obtained class C legal professional qualification certificate to the judicial administrative organ. Since the decision to grant a new legal professional qualification, the original certificate will automatically become invalid.

I hope I can help you.
