General rules of return and exchange

Murphy Shoe Federation promises that within 48 hours after the customer receives the goods (subject to the time of receipt), if Murphy Shoe Federation sells them, the goods and packaging will remain intact and the accessories will be complete. If the customer is not satisfied, we will provide unreasonable return service.

Returns will not be processed under the following circumstances:

Any goods not sold by Murphy Shoes Alliance will not be returned.

If it is caused by ground wear or other factors, it will not be returned.

Goods with damaged or lost outer packaging (don't stick adhesive tape on the shoe box) and missing accessories will not be returned.

Activity gifts, etc. , as well as the non-refundable goods indicated in the product description, will not be refunded.

Booking and replenishment are non-refundable.

Don't contact customer service, return it yourself, and don't return it.

It can only be returned once in a transaction.

If it exceeds 48 hours, it will not be returned.

Special instructions

If it is a quality problem, the round-trip freight will be borne by Murphy Shoes Union.

1. Submit an application for after-sales service.

3. Customers return goods
