How to prepare for the information technology proficiency test in senior high school?

First, make a reasonable review plan

Because the task of information technology teaching has become heavier after the implementation of the new curriculum, an elective course has been added, and the class hours have not changed, or two classes a week will bring great difficulties to teaching and how to arrange review. So it is very important to make a reasonable review plan. I believe that every information technology teacher has his own review plan, but I think the following three points should be considered in the process of formulating and implementing the review plan:

First, review the arrangement of time and class hours. Too long review time will make the teaching time too tight and reduce the teaching quality, and too short review time will cause the review effect to fail to meet the requirements, so I think it is best to reserve 12 ~ 14 class hours. According to the content and types of HKCEE's exam, I think the most effective way in the review stage is to divide it into different topics. Let me make a list of my review schedule: two classes in the basic part of multiple-choice questions, two classes in word and chart processing operation, two classes in web page making operation, two classes in image processing operation, three classes in Flash animation operation, comprehensive simulation exercises and students' answering questions 1 ~ 3 classes. This arrangement can generally complete the review task well.

Secondly, the review order of theoretical content and operation questions. The author analyzes the information technology examinations in our school in recent years and finds that the scores of operation questions are generally high. For example, the average score of operation questions in our school last year was 66. 1 (out of 70), while the score rate of theoretical questions was relatively low, and the average score of multiple-choice questions was only 23.8 (out of 30). I think most teachers, like me, feel that students' mastery of theoretical questions is obviously lower than that of operational questions, which is also in line with the psychological conclusion that people forget rational knowledge faster than perceptual knowledge. In view of this situation, I think it is necessary to review the operation questions first, and then review the theoretical content. The earliest reviewed text and chart operation problems and web page production operation problems will be further practiced in the comprehensive exercises in the last few classes.

Finally, reasonably arrange the knowledge points of the two textbooks to form relevant key topics for review. In the review, some knowledge points can be reviewed as long as students do some exercises, and some related knowledge points need special review, which requires not only explanation, but also strict understanding of exercises, so as to completely control students' mastery of the topic. These topics are often the key and difficult knowledge in HKCEE, and they are also the test sites where students lose the most points. For example, "the coding principle of information, the operation of binary, decimal and hexadecimal, and the storage space calculation of images, sounds and videos" [1] can form a calculation topic for intensive reading, which will receive good results.
