Is it difficult to find a job when studying data science abroad, that is, big data?

Basically, there is still a great demand for big data talents in China. Among them, the so-called consumer finance and p2p industries especially need talents in this field. Because these companies need to control the risk of lending, coupled with the concept of big data, all so-called Fintech companies have to mention their own big data means. It is also very touching, using big data to analyze customer risk information and identify fraud risks. However, in the employment of big data in China, there are not a few people who brag. How long does it take to find a company like Fintech, especially a relatively small company, regardless of how wonderful JD is. But it is these companies that are in great demand, so we should choose carefully.

There is another direction to return to employment, that is, the serious IT industry, both foreign and private, but it feels a bit low-level, requiring rich database experience, knowledge of C, Java, SQL and Hadoop.

The other direction is business information consulting companies, foreign companies like Merkle, and similar private enterprises. There is no need to touch the data structure of the special bottom layer. You use SAS, R and other software to do data analysis on some business information, generally for precise marketing. This is a business analyst. You should also have good presentation skills and communication skills. But these companies feel that there is not much recruitment information, so they should pay more attention.

Data mining is actually different from business analysts. The former needs more statistical knowledge, mathematical knowledge and stronger coding ability. Domestic industries that need talents in this field are similar to large insurance companies and banks, and some IT industries such as BAT are also needed.
