Responsibilities of the Citizen Service Center:

4. Establish community autonomous organizations and public welfare mutual aid organizations;
5. Actively carry out information communication activities among non-governmental organizations, and vigorously publicize the achievements of advanced non-governmental organizations in serving the society;
6. Providing venues for public welfare services carried out by non-governmental organizations and enhancing the overall image of non-governmental organizations;
7. Collect all kinds of social information related to citizens' demands and vital interests through various ways and channels, provide channels for citizens to make suggestions and give timely feedback to relevant government departments.
