1, permanent residents with local household registration or local residence permit, unemployed graduates with full-time (including private full-time) college education or above within five years after graduation.
2, law-abiding, good conduct, decent style, no violations;
3. Meet the post requirements of local 202 1 public welfare post development plan for college graduates;
4. Good health, suitable for the work needs of the employer;
5. No registered business license or experience in paying social insurance in other employers.
Second, the service period
The longest service period of public welfare posts shall not exceed three years. An employment assistance agreement is signed once a year, and the employer strictly implements the three-year withdrawal mechanism, and automatically terminates the agreement to apply for a job after the expiration of three years.
