People's Republic of China (PRC) Customs is the national entry-exit supervision and administration organ, which implements a vertical management system and is divided into three levels in organizational structure:
The first level is the General Administration of Customs;
There are 2 1 departments, including customs department, political and legal department, general office, supervision department and anti-smuggling bureau, and there is also a bureau-level institution, such as customs publishing house, service center, information center and data center.
The second level is Guangdong branch, two special Commissioner offices in Tianjin and Shanghai, 465 and 438+0 directly under the customs, and two customs schools;
All provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China have customs directly under their jurisdiction, including 7 in Guangdong Province and 2 in Fujian, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning and Zhejiang.
Both Shandong Jinan Customs and Jiangsu Suzhou Customs wanted to be independent, but they didn't. Now it is under the jurisdiction of Qingdao Customs and Nanjing Customs respectively.
The two customs schools are Shanghai College and Qinhuangdao Customs Training School.
The third level is 562 subordinate customs agencies directly under the Customs.
In addition, it has offices in Brussels, Moscow, Washington and Hong Kong. At present, China Customs has more than 48,000 related personnel (including customs anti-smuggling police).
