According to official website of Xuzhou Emergency Management Bureau, as of September 2, 2023, there were two members and deputy directors of the Party Committee of Xuzhou Emergency Management Bureau, namely Dai and Kloc-0. Dai served as a member of the party group, deputy director and third-level researcher of Xuzhou Emergency Management Bureau, in charge of emergency command center (rescue coordination and plan management office), relief materials support office and municipal emergency rescue center, as a member of the party group and deputy director of Xuzhou Emergency Management Bureau, and in charge of hazardous chemicals safety supervision and management office.
