The hub is mainly composed of barrage, power station and external traffic road. The barrage is a roller compacted concrete gravity dam, with a height of 83.2m, a length of 256m, a top width of 7m and an elevation of163.2m. A 5-hole spillway gate with a size of12m×10.7m is set in the middle of the spillway dam. The power plant is an underground workshop, located on the left bank abutment hill. Three mixed-flow vertical hydro-generator sets are installed in the power station, with a total installed capacity of 1.32 MW and an average annual power generation of 408 million kwh. . The left bank road is the main external traffic passage of the hub, with a total length of13.8km.

In 2002, the supporting project of Changhe Irrigation District issued an investment plan of 500,000 yuan again, and * * * completed the anti-seepage of 800 meters in the main canal of Changhe South, the repair of the damaged aqueduct in Pingjiang East and the treatment of Sujia No.2 aqueduct. From June, 5438 to February, 2003, the nearly 200-meter channel in the northern section of Sujia, the south main canal, sank due to mountain displacement. In order to avoid landslide, Longjia aqueduct was built. Aqueduct length120m, earthwork excavation 6600m3, masonry 820m3, concrete 4 10/0m3, steel bar18t. The project cost 480,000 yuan and was completed in July 2004.
In the treatment of dangerous reservoirs, some reservoirs have completed some river supporting projects in combination with the reinforcement project. In 2002, Wanshuidong Reservoir completed canal seepage control 1 1,000m. In 2003, Baobeilin Reservoir completed 41.50m light main canal on three sides, with an investment of 2 1.60 million yuan, and improved irrigation area 1.40 hectares.
