3 Problems and Countermeasures in Logistics Services
It is difficult to maintain a competitive advantage. In the future, enterprises must pay attention to the following points in order to establish logistics service level and maintain competitive advantage:
(1) only regards the logistics service level as a competitive sales method, without making clear provisions. The requirements of wholesalers and retailers are bound to escalate, and enterprises cannot cope. Now, wholesalers or retailers are trying to reduce their inventory, either because of unstable sales, or because there is no place to store goods, or to avoid outdated goods. If he asks for multi-batch, small-batch customs clearance or multi-batch inventory replenishment, the logistics workload will increase greatly and the logistics cost will inevitably increase.
In order to prevent the improvement of this service level, it is necessary to establish new logistics services and mechanisms and put forward logistics service decisions.
(2) Many enterprises are still using the same level of logistics services to treat different customers or different goods. Enterprises should regard logistics services as limited business resources. When deciding on distribution, they should investigate customers' needs, divide customers into different levels according to their contribution to the company's sales (that is, the number of products purchased by the company-translators), and decide different services and different service levels according to different levels of customers.
Commodities are also different from high growth rate, large market share, low growth rate and small market share.
