Is Hainan Wenchang UAV forbidden to fly?

From 8: 00 to 3: 00 on March 27, 2023, Wenchang City was banned from flying. According to official website's inquiry, the Hainan Provincial People's Government imposed temporary control on the airspace of qionghai city and Wenchang, Wanning, Ding 'an, Tunchang and Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous Counties from 8: 00 to 3: 00 on March 27th, prohibiting all units, organizations and individuals from taking off, landing and flying on the ground and in the air. Therefore, Hainan Wenchang UAV is prohibited from flying during this time period.
