Exporting to the Middle East and Saudi Arabia requires Sasso COC customs clearance certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, CO, commercial invoice certificate and packing list certificate.
In terms of inspection, it is necessary to carefully understand the situation, and Saudi Arabia is stricter.
Pay attention to the following aspects:
1: All submitted information must be consistent.
2. Labels and signs: Arabic (or bilingual in English and Arabic). All labels do not accept "paste".
3. Instructions should also be in Arabic (or bilingual in English and Arabic), and Chinese information is not accepted.
The electrical parameters of the product must include voltage: 127V or 220V or 380V, frequency: 60Hz.
4. Made in China Label: Made in China. Can't be "made in China".
5. If the word SASO is displayed on the products and packages exported to Saudi Arabia, the registration authorization issued by SASO government agencies is required, otherwise it will not be displayed.
6: All labels are not accepted.
7. The information on the product must include: product name, trademark, model name, technical parameters and "Made in China".
8. Product packaging information: product name, trademark, model name, "Made in China" and packaging specifications.
9. The inspection site must be equipped with overweight weighing instruments, such as electronic scales and platform scales.
10: The label information of uncharged products includes: product name, model name, manufacturer, manufacturer's name and address/trademark, handling instructions (if any), instruction manual, safety warning, product description and batch number.
1 1: The inspected products must be packaged completely.
12: Materials to be provided for inspection: packing list, commercial invoice, customs clearance application form (with fixed format), product packaging picture and label picture.
13: All products to be transported can be put on the COC customs clearance certificate.
14: Registration certificate: Different products can be put on one certificate.
15: The inspection contents include: the surface quality of the goods, the number of points (the number shown on the customs clearance certificate must be the same as that ordered at the time of inspection), packaging, shipping marks and inspection of shipping marks.
