Shengsi islands
Introduction:
1. Shengsi Archipelago, namely Shengsi County, is located in the east of Hangzhou Bay and southeast of the Yangtze River estuary. It consists of hundreds of islands at the intersection of Qiantang River and the Yangtze River Estuary, including more than 404 large and small islands such as Dayangshan, Xiaoyangshan, Shenjiawan Island and Baodaozui Island, among which 16 is inhabited. Sijiaoshan, the largest island, covers an area of 2 1.2 square kilometers.
2. Shengsi Archipelago is the only national archipelago scenic spot in China, known as the "Fairy Mountain on the Sea", with original ecological tourism features such as "Bihai Strange Reef and Jinsha Fishing Fire", and more than 50 scenic spots have been identified.
Natural resources:
(1) cultural relics and historic sites
This used to be the front line of the anti-Japanese and anti-Qing struggle. According to ancient books, there are nine historical events in the history of China, such as: Jian Zhen in the Tang Dynasty and the monk Liu Du Fu Sang; Zheng He made seven voyages to the West in Ming Dynasty; At the end of the Ming Dynasty, Zheng Chenggong had to go through Shengsi when he went to the west and southeast. Shengsi, an ancient land, has experienced many vicissitudes, with both ancient heritage and unbearable faults, leaving Shengsi with rich material and human heritage. After the third national cultural relics survey, among the 66 immovable cultural relics registered in Shengsi County, there are 22 cultural relics protection units at all levels, including national 1, 2 provincial, 2 municipal and 7 county1. Most immovable cultural relics are ancient residential buildings in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China. Lighthouses and cliff carvings are more distinctive. These are the inheritance and testimony of the land that has been migrated and cultivated for generations. What has been passed down to this day is an island with its own marine cultural characteristics.
(2) Fishery resources
Shengsi, one of the top ten fishing counties in China, is located in the center of the famous Zhoushan fishing ground and is rich in aquatic resources. It is called "Donghai Fish Warehouse" and "Ocean Ranch". There are more than 500 kinds of marine life such as hairtail, yellow croaker, cuttlefish, eel, crab, shrimp, shellfish and algae. The modern fishery comprehensive zone of Ma 'an Islands was included in the second batch of 50 provincial-level modern agricultural comprehensive zones, becoming the first provincial-level modern fishery comprehensive zone in Zhejiang Province. Shengsi's mussel products won the gold medal in the International Agricultural Expo and the Zhejiang Fishery Expo, and were recognized as provincial-level green food, high-quality pollution-free products and provincial-level brand-name products, and the first "China Geographical Indications" collective trademark products. At the same time, our county was awarded the title of "Hometown of Mussels in China" by China Fishery Association. It has the largest mussel industrialization base and deep-water cage culture base in the province, and is the supply base of fresh aquatic products in Ningbo, Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta, with 2065438+.
(3) Natural port area
Shengsi is an important combined port of Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and the core port of Shanghai International Shipping Center, which mainly includes Yangshan Port, Sijiao Port and Luhuashan Port. There are 9 deep-water coastlines suitable for development in Shengsi, with a total length of 46.5km, of which the water depth is15m, the coastline is 36.5km, the water depth is 20m, the coastline is10km, and 70% of the coastline is undeveloped. The water depth of the approach channel is more than 20 meters, and ships of 250,000-300,000 tons can enter and leave the port all day. There are currently 10 anchorages in the port area, including 5 anchorages of 65,438+10,000 tons and 3 anchorages of 300,000 tons, accounting for 60% of Zhoushan Port. In 20 13 years, the port cargo throughput was 9300438+0.5 million tons.
(D) Tourism resources

Shengsi Archipelago Scenic Area is divided into four scenic spots: Sijiao Scenic Area featuring Blue Sea and Golden Sands, Fishermen's Leisure and Seafood Food; Colorful Scenic Area featuring the largest lighthouse in the Far East-Flower and Bird Lighthouse and Kirishima; Shengshan-Lycium Scenic Area featuring fishing port, cliff and fishing customs; Yangshan Scenic Area featuring magic rock reef and modern harbor bridge.
