Another delicacy is Lingao roast suckling pig. In the past, around Baishamen, at night 1, there were all kinds of stalls and roast suckling pigs on the roadside. Roast suckling pigs are roasted in the open air and baked in the oven on site. Every afternoon, the smell of roast suckling pig is overflowing, which makes people drool. Roast suckling pig is thin and tender, crispy and delicious, fat but not greasy, and served with milk tea from Haikou in a leisurely afternoon. Now I eat less.
