What is the court law?

Generally speaking, only in companies or enterprises will there be legal affairs, whether it is court employees, civil servants or judicial professionals. There are many departments in the court, so I won't explain them here. Legal affairs generally refers to the staff who handle legal affairs, which is more common in enterprises. General lawyers will help enterprises deal with contract disputes and various legal affairs. Drafting contracts and reviewing contracts are generally handled by legal personnel, who belong to the company and can be regarded as ordinary workers. Generally, when entering the court, practitioners with legal professional qualifications will choose to take civil servants to work in the judicial organs, such as serving as judges. Employees with legal professional qualifications will generally choose legal posts when they enter the enterprise. If you enter a law firm, you will probably start as a lawyer intern and then gradually become a lawyer.

At present, the intensity of popularizing law in China is still not enough. The more experienced the general legal professionals are, the higher their level will be and the better their salary will be. In China, now more and more people are aware of rights protection, and the era of rule of law will come. The status of judicial workers in China has always been very high, and excellent judicial practitioners earn a lot of money, but there are also many novice lawyers who have difficulties in life.

Personally, I think that no matter what occupation the legal qualification practitioners choose, they must take it seriously if it involves laws and regulations. Of course, legal professionals will die, and they may make wrong judgments about their professional knowledge. China's current judicial system is relatively more perfect than before. As ordinary people, we must have confidence in China's current judicial system, believe in the fairness and justice of laws and regulations, use legal weapons to safeguard our legitimate rights and interests when things happen, and try not to take the initiative to suffer losses.

Generally speaking, the court will not have legal affairs, but the staff inside will have a certain understanding of laws and regulations. If something happens, they can go to the relevant departments for consultation.
