Candidates who apply for directional training of non-commissioned officers should take the unified national entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in 2023, be unmarried, be under 20 years of age (3 1, born after August 2003), voluntarily serve in active service for five years, and their political and physical conditions should be implemented with reference to the provisions on the recruitment of conscripts.

In the enrollment plan of higher vocational (junior college) level approved by the state in 2023, 294 non-commissioned officers (including 35 female officers) were recruited for the PLA and the Armed Police Force in the whole province.
Enrollment publicity
Before filling in the volunteers, the Municipal Conscription Office, together with the education, enrollment departments and relevant colleges and universities, will do a good job in the propaganda of directional training of non-commissioned officers, and introduce candidates, parents and teachers to the conditions, procedures, majors, quantity, training objectives, treatment and future work direction of directional training of non-commissioned officers by issuing announcement information, posting enrollment brochures and conducting policy consultation.

Candidates should fill in the volunteer of "Directed Training of Non-commissioned Officers" in the column of "Volunteer in advance" of the corresponding institutions before the results of the college entrance examination are notified to July 5 17: 00.

The Provincial Education Examinations Institute, together with the Provincial Conscription Office, ranks candidates' volunteers and college entrance examination scores below the second batch of undergraduate admission control scores and above the junior college admission control scores from high to low according to the candidate volunteer database of "Directional Training of Non-commissioned Officers".
According to gender and subject category, the control score of the physical examination for directional training of noncommissioned officers is determined by four times of the enrollment plan (exceeding the second batch of control scores for undergraduate courses in our province (inclusive), and all candidates who volunteer for directional training of noncommissioned officers colleges are included in the physical examination list and are not included in the proportion).
