First, the national occupation qualification unified appraisal examination arrangement
(1) In 2014 years, the provincial vocational skill appraisal guidance center continued to develop enterprise human resource managers, logistics personnel, psychological consultants, e-commerce managers, financial planners, project management division, enterprise information managers, enterprise trainers, secretaries, network practitioners (second-level), marketers and vocational guidance personnel 12. (2) The Provincial Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center will continue to carry out the pilot examination of unified appraisal for entrepreneurial consultants, real estate planners, property managers (Grade 4-3), public nutritionists, corporate cultural workers and marriage and family counselors (Grade 3). Two, the national vocational qualification examination online registration.
(A) online application process
1. Applicants should log on to the website of Shaanxi Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center /index.html within the specified time, and click the "Online Registration" shortcut button to register in the registration system.
2. The applicant should choose the registration institution correctly. Candidates who have passed the registration institution of provincial organs should choose the registration institution of provincial organs to take the exam in Xi' an; City candidates should choose the city identification guidance center and take the exam in the selected prefecture-level city; Personal registration should choose other, take the exam in Xi 'an.
3. Applicants should carefully read the relevant registration documents and tips, submit true and accurate personal registration information according to the prescribed procedures and requirements, and upload their photos. The photo should be a two-inch recent photo with a monochrome background and a bareheaded front. Photos should be stored in JPD or JPEG format, with the size of 100×200 and the size below 20KB.
4. The applicant shall pay the fees according to the online procedures, and shall complete the online payment within the specified time. After the payment is successful, complete the online registration steps and the registration is successful. If the payment is not made on time, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver of the application.
5. After successful registration, log on to the website of Shaanxi Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center one week before the exam, and print the admission ticket (black and white and color) on A4 paper. Take the exam at the specified time and place with the original admission ticket and my ID card (soldiers can hold military officer's card).
6. To accept qualification examination, applicants must download and print the candidate qualification examination form, academic degree certificate, qualification certificate, ID card and work experience certificate with their photos when registering online, and go to the corresponding institutions for qualification examination according to the time prompted by the system.
(2) Online registration candidates should carefully read the relevant application conditions and requirements published on the registration page, determine the professional level of the application, and accurately fill in the application information. The personal information submitted is true and accurate. Those who do not meet the registration requirements will be disqualified, and the qualification certificate will not be issued, and the examination fee will not be refunded at their own risk.
(3) Candidates who apply for other professional grades are free to choose whether to participate in the pre-test training, except for the professional grades that are explicitly required to participate in the promotion training. The registration agencies shall not force candidates to participate in pre-test training, and hinder candidates from applying for the exam. Offenders shall be dealt with according to relevant regulations.
Third, the job requirements
(1) Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus should, with a high sense of responsibility and a serious and responsible attitude, widely publicize policies, provide thoughtful services, carefully organize the unified appraisal of national vocational qualifications this year, ensure the appraisal quality, and improve the level of unified examination in our province.
(2) Colleges and universities participating in the unified appraisal of national vocational qualifications should strengthen vocational skills training according to the spirit of relevant documents of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Education, highlight the evaluation of students' vocational ability, and enable students to obtain both academic certificates and national vocational qualification certificates when they graduate, so as to promote employment and better serve the construction of a harmonious socialist society.
(3) The municipal human resources and social security bureaus should continue to improve the quality management rules and regulations, strictly implement the unified national professional qualification appraisal procedures and professional standards, and conscientiously do a good job in the examination of candidates' qualifications. When the registration institution comes to the provincial vocational skill appraisal guidance center for registration qualification examination, it must bring the original certificate that the qualified candidates meet the registration conditions and accept the inspection of the staff. Resolutely put an end to arbitrary relaxation of registration conditions, examination of candidates' registration materials, arbitrary charges and other acts that damage the image and reputation of the unified examination work. The person in charge and staff of the registration point who have found violations shall be dealt with severely in accordance with relevant regulations. If violation of national laws and regulations constitutes criminal responsibility, the relevant departments shall be submitted for punishment according to law.
(four) the municipal human resources and social security bureau should take the authority and demonstration of the national vocational qualification unified appraisal as the main publicity content, and carry out extensive publicity with college graduates, all kinds of job seekers and on-the-job personnel as the key objects. Before the media release the information of enrollment and training, each training point should fill in the "Shaanxi Province new occupation and new type of work national unified examination and training advertisement filing form" in triplicate, and report it to the provincial and municipal vocational skill appraisal guidance center for the record according to the affiliation.
