According to the Interim Measures for the Inquiry of Housing Ownership Registration Information, the provisions are as follows:
1. Article 12 An inquiry institution shall provide inquiry service in time for inquiry applications that meet the requirements of these Measures. If the inquiry service cannot be provided in time or the inquiry cannot be provided, the reasons shall be explained to the inquirer.
Article 13
The query of housing ownership registration information shall be carried out in the place designated by the query institution. The inquirer shall not damage the information carrier of house ownership registration, and shall not damage the inquiry equipment.
