Interview with 2020 Guangzhou Auto Show: Dongfeng Citroen Land

[car home? People interview]? At the opening of Guangzhou Auto Show in 2020, car home talked with Lu, the senior director of long-term marketing of Dongfeng Citroen, and discussed the highlights and future development direction of Dongfeng Citroen. The following is an interview record:

Moderator: Hello, Dongfeng Citroen has launched a number of new cars this year, among which Tianyi PHEV is well received by the market. So what are the plans for next year's new products?

Lu: We just released Tianyi PHEV in July this year. Personally, I think it is the best PHEV in the C-class SUV. From the feedback of consumers on forums and social networking platforms, they are very satisfied with this model. I like it very much. This car is very comfortable. In fact, the comfort of Tianyi fuel version is already very good, and the comfort of Tianyi PHEV model can be better, which has better effects in both mute function and power. We are very happy to bring you this PHEV model this year.

Moderator: Dongfeng Citroen has done a lot of work in products, services and customer experience this year, so what is the feedback from the market?

Lu: It is still in the recovery stage. At this stage, we need more efforts to get us back to our proper position. In terms of products, especially the market-oriented China market, we need to make more efforts. At the same time, we will release a brand-new model next year according to the characteristics of China market and local conditions, so please pay attention. In addition, we launched the "Five Hearts Guarding Action" in Wuhan last month, which was also widely welcomed by consumers and car owners. In terms of consumer experience, we have also done a lot of work, and we are confident to achieve good results.

Moderator: Continuing with the last question, can you tell us about this model? ?

Lu Yun Teng: We will release three new products next year. First, Tianyi C5? AIRCROSS's new models will have richer configurations and be more competitive in the market. This model is expected to be released early next year, and we also believe that consumers will like this product.

Secondly, we will release the mid-term modified model of C3-XR next year, which is a compact SUV. We will change and upgrade the appearance and interior of this mid-term redesigned model.

The third one is not convenient for me to disclose too much information, but in fact, we have disclosed a lot before. Next year, we will release a brand-new model. I am personally lucky to see this pattern. I can confidently say that it is very cool. I believe we will discuss this model together again soon.

Moderator: Dongfeng Citroen's master chassis has always been the unique advantage of the product. Dongfeng Citroen won the honor of "Elk First" in CCPC on 18. Can you briefly introduce the exam?

Lu: First of all, we are not surprised by this result. In fact, we have always maintained the first honor, which has been 2 1 year. As early as 1999, in an activity test in Sweden, our model got the highest score in the elk test at that time, breaking the record at that time.

Recently, we used Tianyi as a test vehicle. I'm glad that we won the first place in the elk test in 3.369 seconds. We also proved to the public that we are a very safe vehicle and a very safe brand, worthy of the honor of the chassis master.

Moderator: What is the background and original intention of large-scale projects? Why do you want to carry out such a large-scale experience activity? Is there a specific promotion plan for large projects at present?

Lu: This big project is very important to us, and it is supported by our parent company. We can see that some owners and old customers of our brand are very satisfied with the quality and feelings of our products, but I think this is not enough, so we want to attract more people to experience our brand and give us a chance to explain the connotation of our brand to them.

I hope people can feel the following when they come to this activity: we are a French brand, a dynamic brand, a passionate brand and a colorful brand, and then show people a French lifestyle because this lifestyle is in line with our brand.

We hope to build a Citroen? n? Space, we go to the downtown areas of five cities, go to the places with the most people flow, and attract as many people as possible to our event site to feel our brand. This space has three main parts. First of all, about the past, we will introduce the history of our brand in this section, emphasizing that we are a century-old brand. Secondly, about now, we will show you this model of Tianyi, which is very important, and I also believe that this model has great potential in China.
